What we supply
General site labourers
Loading out, moving materials, site housekeeping and helping the trades. For days, weeks or the length of a package.
Soft-strip gangs
Stripping ceilings, partitions, floor finishes, fixtures and services back to the structure before refurbishment or demolition, with the waste segregated.
Builders' cleans & site cleaning
Sparkle cleans before handover, cleans between trades, welfare cabins and site offices. Cleaning is the part of our business we run every day.
Labour + demolition together
We take the strip-out or demolition package and supply the labour around it, so you manage one company and one point of contact instead of two.
Checked before they reach your gate
A worker who fails a check at your gate costs you a day. These checks happen before anyone is sent.
Right to work
Checked for every worker before their first shift, the way the Home Office requires: original documents or an online share code.
CSCS cards
Where your site needs a card, we check it is genuine and in date with CSCS before the worker is sent. No card, no start.
Your induction
Workers arrive ready for your site induction and follow your rules, RAMS and permits. PPE is agreed with you before the start.
Timesheets
Hours are confirmed by your site manager before we invoice, so you only pay for time you have agreed.
Agency workers' rights
We follow the Agency Workers Regulations 2010: after 12 weeks in the same role a worker is entitled to the same basic pay and conditions as your own staff.
One invoice
VAT invoices from Gangal Recruitment Ltd (VAT GB519801288), covering labour and any package we carry out for you.
How a request works
- You send the request
Trade, number of workers, start date, how long, and the site.
- We call you back
To confirm hours, induction, PPE and the cards your site needs.
- We confirm names before day one
You get who is coming and when. If we can't fill a request properly, we tell you straight away rather than send the wrong people.
- Timesheets and one invoice
Your site manager signs off the hours, then we invoice.
