Asbestos survey
A refurbishment and demolition survey, as required by the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. Licensable asbestos is removed by an HSE-licensed contractor.
Notice & approvals
Notice to the council under section 80 of the Building Act 1984 where required, plus any prior approval or conservation-area consent.
Services off, waste traced
Gas, electricity and water disconnected by the providers; every load of waste carried by a registered carrier with transfer notes.
