Who we are

Gangal Recruitment Ltd (company number 16933081, registered office 5 Sandhurst Terrace, Leeds, LS8 3QS) is the data controller for information sent through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference ZC072513.

What we collect and why

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, optional email, the site postcode, your description of the job and any photos or videos you send. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, visit the site, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

How long we keep it

If you do not go ahead, we delete your enquiry and photos within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep project records for as long as the law requires for tax and contract purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with people involved in your job — for example a surveyor or Building Control — and never for anyone else's marketing. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and visit counts

This website does not set any cookies. To see which pages are useful, it counts page views and clicks on the call, WhatsApp and quote buttons as anonymous daily totals. No IP address, cookie or identifier is stored, so these counts cannot be linked to you.
